Shipping & Delivery

Many products on our website are made after the order is placed. These products have a different delivery time than products we have in stock. The lead time of the assembly process depends on the type of product and the related complexity. For each order, the customer will be notified of the expected assembly lead time after which the product will be shipped as soon as possible.

Please note: Custom made products are not covered by our return policy!

We strive to ship any order, ordered before 3:00 pm and in stock, the same day. Generally, the package will then be in your home the next day. Only with large crowds / holidays, this is sometimes not feasible. We provide the Track & Trace code via email as soon as the shipment is packed and ready for shipment. So the package can be followed from that moment until delivery. Pressure at the carrier can cause a delay, unfortunately we can not change this.

If your package is returned to us because you have provided a wrong address or because it was offered by the carrier in vain, and it was not picked up at the collection point, we will not refund the shipping costs and will not resend your package free of charge. You are responsible for receiving your package.

Several products (not all) fit in a mailbox box. Our system is set up so that products that fit in a mailbox box will automatically be charged shipping costs for a mailbox box at checkout as well.
All other products are shipped in a package box/shipping bag and automatically stamped as a package shipment at checkout.

Returns or Cancellation

Under the “Distance Selling” law, you are entitled to cancel your order free of charge up to 14 days after receipt and return it in its original packaging. If you wish to cancel your order, please send an e-mail to us using the contact form. Your order cancellation will be confirmed by e-mail. You must include at least your full name and order number in your written cancellation.
Please note: The shipping costs from your location to the webshop will be for your own account!

123WE.nl reserves the right to refuse returns or to refund only part of the amount paid when it is suspected that the item has already been used, when the item is damaged as a result of use or when the goods are not returned in their original packaging.

To refund already paid amounts, we need your bank account number. Please note that the account number you provide for the refund must be the same as the account number from which you made the payment to 123WE.nl. This is due to possible fraud with refunds. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after receipt of your return.
