Prices listed

All our prices include 21% VAT, but exclude shipping costs.
You can order the items through our website. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us containing the specifications of your desired item, price, shipping costs and method of payment.
Once we receive your payment, we will send you a confirmation and state when we will ship your order.
As a registered customer, you can track your order by logging in.

Not available or in stock

It may happen that a desired item is temporarily sold out. In this case we will inform you as soon as possible how long the expected delivery time will be. You can then make the choice to choose an alternative variant, wait for delivery or abandon the order altogether. In the latter case, any money already paid will be returned immediately.

Price Changes

123WE.nl reserves the right to pass on the correct price in case of any interim price changes or a wrongly stated price in the store. The customer is allowed at any time in this case to abandon the purchase.

Return

Returns can be made within 7 days.
Always contact us first.
Items must not be damaged and must be in their original packaging.
Upon receipt of the articles in good condition we will refund the amount.

Note: The shipping costs are for your own account!

We recommend that you check your purchase immediately upon receipt and notify us of any defects as soon as possible, but in any case within 7 days.

Pick up

You can also pick up the articles. Send us an email so we can schedule a pickup appointment.
Items must be paid in advance.
